NO assessments are made based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual oriental, marital status, familial status, disability, ancestry, country of origin or political association.
Minimum requirements are noted below:
- Your monthly income must be 2.5 times of the rental amount.
- A $30 credit checking/application fee must be paid for every adult/applicant over the age of 18 years old.
- All Applicants must not have unexplainable poor credit score under the score of 600, and must not have collections from previous residences, or evictions.
- Normal deposit for the score of 650 and above.
- Double deposit for the score of between 600-649.
- Triple deposit for the score of below 600.
- If your credit score is less than 600 you will be needed to enroll for monthly credit reporting at a cost $5.00 per applicant/tenant.
- Each applicant must qualify independently.
- Please note: we process all applications on a first come first served basis. If you don’t meet these minimum standards, your application will be denied. We will not accept a co-signor.
- Upon approving your application, tenants must pay a hold fee equal to one month’s rent within 48 hours of approval. This fee is non-refundable.
